Do I have to buy both a subscription and a starter pack?
If you already own a tablet and a supported label printer, you just need the subscription (DKK 279/mo). The starter packs are intended as a one-time purchase that get's you everything you need to get started, and ready to print. We've already negotiated prices with suppliers, so you always get the best price on the hardware.
Can I use my own tablet?
Absolutely! The Basic starter pack is a no-brainer, if you already have a tablet set up in the kitchen.
How do I order more labels?
Label rolls can be ordered through one of our resellers, but you're more than welcome to find them yourself. As long as your labels are compatible with a Brother TD-2D printer you can use them alongside KitchenPrint™. We suggest keeping a few rolls on hand, so you're not out when the kitchen is busy.
What's the difference between the iOS and Standard starter packs?
The standard starter pack comes with an Android tablet, whereas the iOS starter pack comes with an iPad. Both platforms work perfectly with KitchenPrint™ and you won't notice a difference between the two - it all comes down to preference.
